Cue the dance party! (RED) and Mavin Records just released Ayra Starr’s “Ija” (TOKiMONSTA Remix), a new track from the upcoming DANCE (RED) SAVE LIVES Vol. III album.
In honor of (RED)’s 15th anniversary, Mavin Records and (RED) are joining forces to launch DANCE (RED) SAVE LIVES Vol. III, a new Afrobeats-inspired album that raises money for the Global Fund’s COVID-19 Response.
The complete DANCE (RED) SAVE LIVES Vol. III album drops April 2, 2021, but Ayra Starr’s “Ija” (TOKiMONSTA Remix) is available to stream and download TODAY. As will be the case with the full album, proceeds from every stream or download of “Ija” will go to support (RED)’s efforts to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on life-saving HIV/AIDS programs in sub-Saharan Africa.
If you like what you hear, you can now officially pre-save DANCE (RED) SAVE LIVES Vol. III to ensure you’ll be among the first to stream the album when it drops on April 2nd. Your future self will thank you.
In addition to releasing “Ija” and kicking off album pre-saves today, (RED) and Mavin revealed exclusive album art created by Brooklyn-based Nigerian performance and visual artist Laolu Senbanjo.
DANCE (RED) SAVE LIVES Vol. III is curated by the legendary Afrobeats producer, Don Jazzy, and musical artist, Aluna.
